Keyboard Connection Issues Q&A
A: Verify the keyboard mode switch is set to OFF, then reconnect with a USB cable. For screen-equipped models, select wired mode through the rotary knob. If these checks do not resolve the problem, try a different USB cable or update the keyboard firmware.
A: Confirm you have toggled the keyboard into 2.4G mode. Re-pair the dongle following the product manual. Keep the dongle close to the keyboard and reduce interference from surrounding wireless devices. If the problem continues, you may update the keyboard firmware. Should the issue still persist, test using a replacement dongle.
A:
- Switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode first.
- Press FN + Space for 3-5 seconds to reset the keyboard until the backlight turns off and lights up again.
- Hold FN + P for three seconds; the P key will flash rapidly.
- Insert the dongle into your computer again to complete re-pairing. When pairing succeeds, the P key will stop flashing.
(Connection procedures vary across models. Please refer to your user manual.)
A: First switch the keyboard to Bluetooth mode, then enable its Bluetooth pairing state. Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your host device. If the issue persists, try pairing the keyboard with a mobile phone to help rule out potential compatibility problems.
A: Hold FN + Q, W or E for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The corresponding Q/W/E key will flash rapidly, and the keyboard will show up in the device search list. Select the keyboard to finish connection. Once 3 Bluetooth devices are saved, short press FN + Q, W or E to switch among them.

A: Ensure your keyboard has sufficient battery power, as low power often causes unstable Bluetooth transmission. If battery levels are normal, outdated firmware may carry known Bluetooth connection bugs, so try updating your keyboard firmware. You may also test the keyboard on another Bluetooth device such as a smartphone. If it works stably on your phone, the issue may stem from poor Bluetooth compatibility on your computer.
