Q1 Why is my Win key not working?

The Win key lock function disables the Windows key. Press Fn + Win to turn off this lock and restore the Win key function.
Q2 Why are my Alt and Win keys swapped?
A
Mac systems use a different key arrangement, so the keyboard remaps the Alt and Win keys when switched to Mac compatible layout. If you use Mac mode on a Windows computer, these two keys will appear swapped. Press Fn+A to switch to Windows mode, or Fn+S to switch to Mac mode.
Q3 Why do keys on my numeric keypad not work?

When Number Lock is off, the numeric keypad switches to navigation keys instead of entering numbers. Press the Num key once to turn Number Lock back on.

Faults limited to one key are very often caused by a defective switch. Please test by replacing it with another normal switch.

When several keys along a row, column, or random positions behave abnormally, this rarely comes from individual switch damage. It may stem from firmware errors or liquid-related circuit interference. Try updating your keyboard firmware first. Please make sure to install the correct firmware version for your specific keyboard model.
Q6 Why are keys producing incorrect outputs or triggering unintended keys when pressed?

Incorrect key outputs are usually caused by misconfigured key remap settings or mismatched firmware. Custom remap edits change the character assigned to each key, while firmware intended for another model will break the keyboard’s built-in key matrix layout. Restore or reset your key mapping settings within the software. If the problem persists, reinstall the correct firmware for your keyboard model.
