If you can’t get the PID or can’t find the firmware, the technical support will get back to you ASAP.
Single key or some keys stop working or not working properly
After changing new switches, the issue is still remain, it could be a hardware issue.
LED lighting issues:
If it's uneven brightness or flickering lights, try to update the firmware.(refers to point 3)
If it's an individual LED issue, you can try replacing the LED.
